Kroll & Tract

FAL's portfolio of law firm work was the basis
for our selection to design the new 2,400 s.f.
offices of Kroll & Tract in Miami Center.

Careful attention to the client's budget by use
of building standard components and an
unusually compact total space allocation of
480 rentable s.f. per attorney allowed FAL to
highlight the public areas without sacrifice to
amenities and private offices and support 
areas.  High attention paid to the reception and
conference areas belies the limited project
budget.

Kroll & Tract subsequently retained FAL to 
design a 1,200 s.f. expansion to their offices.
