Cook County Traffic Courts

This very complex project included 18 new 
courtrooms, and the relocation of 350 em-
ployees of various related agencies includ-
ing  Chicago Police,  Clerk  of the  Circuit
Court,   Social  Services,   County  Sheriff, 
Public  Defender,    States  Attorney,  and 
Secretary of State.

The  relocation   to  the   Richard J. Daley 
Center's  Lower  Level,   Concourse  Level, 
and 4th  floor was intended to be temporary,
but  due to a positive  response  from Cook
County  and the  Mayor's Office,  The Cook
County Traffic Courts  have made the Daley
Center their home.
