Parker Oaks Baptist Home

Centered around an existing 84-bed nursing 
facility, this expansion adds 16 assisted
living units for mild mental disorder residents.
Expanded office and service areas, and inter-
generational daycare and community center
space are included in this facility.

Phase II of the project will see the construction
of 22 independent living apartments.  Phase III
will add an Alzheimers Dedicated Nursing
Facility completing the full service continueing
care retirement community.

An extensive long-range plan prepared by FAL
determined the immediate and future 
demographic, social and financial needs and     
formed the basis for the full campus design.
