The U.S. Attorney's Cleveland office occupies
82,000 s.f. in one of the city's newest towers,
Bank One Center.  FAL provided space needs
analysis, planning, design for offices and 
combined training, conference and press
center, and construction scope documents for
build-out by the Center's owners.

By thoughtful planning and design, FAL 
illustrated that the Attorney's usually strict
security requirements, project cost 
constraints, desire to reuse existing 
furnishings, and need for a highly proffessional
image, all could be economically 
accommodated in a standard high-rise office
structure.
