U.S. Trust

A 10,000 s.f. building for a financial services
institution.  FAL was retained to provide
architectural services and to coordinate the
engineering team for a new building in Naples,
Florida.  The site was an out parcel of the
250,000 s.f. Waterside Shops at Pelican Bay.
The developer was Courtelis Company of 
Miami, Florida.

The client, U.S. Trust, retained a designer to 
provide the initial programming and space 
planning services.  Conceptual design
documents were transmitted to FAL for the
design development and construction 
document phase.
