McNulty Brothers

McNulty Brothers is a 21,000 s.f. Corporate
headquarters and warehouse located on the
south branch of the Chicago River.  Working
with friends of the Chicago River and the 
owner, FAL placed the main and the out-
buildings on the site to achieve a balance
between the architecture and riverside
environment.  The result maximizes open 
space while providing for a future river walk and
development of a landscaped buffer zone along
the riverbank.  The modern industrial image 
blends well with the character of the 
surrounding area.  The exterior's clean and
functional detailing is reflected in the interior
with materials selected for durability, and an 
open plan including a dramatic two story 
reception area.
