Citibank

The "Lite & Brite"  program was  instituted by
Citibank to update  branch sites through  cos-
metic changes to achieve a crisp, clean corp-
orate image.

Our  design  team's  challenge  was to  replan 
the platform areas, increase the private space
of the banking representatives, and to simplify
the circulation  pattern  without increasing the 
overall platform area.  Eight such assignments
range from relocating,   expanding and reconfi-
guring customer service stations to new finish
selection and furniture procurement.

These projects typically  require  completion
within a very tight time  frame and often were
performed after hours to minimize down time.
