An accelerated schedule drove the design for 
this 30,000 s.f. consolidation and expansion.
CIBC's regional headquarters accomodated
divisional adjacencies security during and 
after business hours, and anticipated
expansions.

The overall plan maximized resources and 
renovated and expanded the space.  
Refurbished existing furnishings were 
coordinated with new furniture accompanied by
marble accent flooring, mahogany paneling
and fabric wall coverings in the public areas.
The result is a polished, inviting facility for both
employees and customers of this financial
institution.
